          Health Warranty and Sales Contract

This agreement is between (Seller) April Edgerton and (Purchaser) __________.   It is agreed between Seller and Purchaser the following:

Description of Dog:    Sex:  _______   DOB:  ________    Color:  ______

            Sire:

            Dame:

          Conditions of Sale:

This  puppy is guaranteed, by Connecticut Labradoodles, to be healthy at the time of
purchase.  To keep this guarantee in force the customer must have the puppy examined within (3) three days of the purchase date. During the initial  exam, should your veterinarian find this puppy to be in poor health or detect any problem that would require further veterinary care other than required vaccines, you must contact Connecticut Labradoodles.

          Sellers Responsibilities:

          1.  The seller guarantees the above-described dog shall, for a 2 (two) year period, remain free of serious inherited defects that would affect its ability to function as a pet. In case that such defect should appear, upon written verification by two qualified veterinarians, Seller shall replace the dog with one of equal value.  Should it become necessary, due to serious inherited defects, I will refund monies paid by the Buyer for the puppy, less Sellers expenses (ex:
spay/neuter, veterinary costs).  I will not warranty hips on a dog that is more than 25 percent
overweight.  This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the puppy is not examined within the (3) three days as stated

          2.  Puppies will be spayed/neutered at 8weeks of age barring any unforeseen medical
          conditions

          3.  Seller will provide a lifetime of phone or internet support

          4.  Puppies will be micro chipped prior to coming home

          5.  Seller provides deworming and first vaccines prior to the puppy going home

          6.  We guarantee our dogs to the original purchaser only.   Upon transfer of ownership, this contract will become void

          Buyers  Responsibilities:

          1.  Owners must follow routine medical care, up to date vaccinations and administer monthly flea, tick and heartworm medications.

          2.  Owners must provide your dog a premium quality food, regular exercise and social
          companionship.

          3.  Purchaser will not allow the dog to become overweight or allow rigorous or excessive activity during the dogs first year of development.

          4.   We ask that you refrain from bringing your puppy into public places (parks, pet stores, etc.)  until your puppy has received all puppy shots required by a licensed veterinarian.  Puppies are very  vulnerable to contagious disease and illness during this time.

          5.  Labradoodles need lots of love and companionship.  They are extremely intelligent and require a good training  program.  This takes a good deal of time and effort on your part to ensure a happy, healthy and obedient dog.  Once a dog is trained properly, he/she will be your best friend for life!

          6.  Purchaser shall  indemnify and hold Seller harmless from injury to anyone or damage to any property which may be caused directly or indirectly by the dog

          7.  Upon execution of  this contract, all veterinary care and costs are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser

          8.  During the first year of the puppies life, Owner must enroll in a good dog training  program

If any of the above preventative health care, maintenance and good training program
have not been provided, this health warranty will be null and void.  To exercise rights under the guarantees, Purchaser must provide written proof that the dog has received reasonable veterinary care and dog training classes.

Should the situation arise that Purchaser must place the dog in a new home; Seller
shall take the dog back for purposes of placement.  Proceeds of sale, if any, will be forwarded to the owner after veterinary, advertising/sales and training (if necessary) costs are
deducted.  Seller will use best efforts to obtain a reasonable price for the dog, but Seller does not guarantee obtaining the same price paid originally by the Purchaser.
